Thank you for visiting our website and letting us help arrange
your medical treatment and your holiday. Please view the following
Payment Terms and Conditions.
Payment Terms and Conditions
- The First Installment equivalent to thirty percent (30%) of the
total amount of expenses (including without limitation, transportation
cost, accommodation cost, medical treatment service fee and expense,
tour excursion costs, etc.) shall be paid to Phuket Health &
Travel in advance upon making an appointment with Phuket Health
& Travel. Once the First Installment is fully received by Phuket
Health & Travel, a confirmation of your appointment will be
sent to you.
- The Second Installment equivalent to seventy percent (70%) of
the total amount of the aforesaid expenses shall be paid to Phuket
Health & Travel on the first date of your arrival. Should there
be any further costs and/or expenses occur during your stay, Phuket
Health & Travel will notify you accordingly.
- Any postponement of appointment must be notified to Phuket Health
& Travel at least 50 days prior to the date of your appointment,
otherwise a postponement fee shall be charged by Phuket Health &
Travel at the rate of ten percent (10%) of the First Installment.
- Any cancellation of appointment must be notified to Phuket Health
& Travel at least 50 days prior to the date of your appointment,
otherwise the total amount of the First Installment shall not be
refundable. In the event the said cancellation of appointment is
notified to Phuket Health & Travel within the said 50 days period,
the First Installment shall be refunded, less any cost and expenses
incurred to Phuket Health & Travel.
- Phuket Health & Travel reserve the right to amend any payment
terms and conditions at any time as it may deem appropriate without
having to notify any party in advance.
Deposit Payment Methods
Bank Transfer: Just contact us and request for Phuket Health
and Travels bank account number.
