Karon Beach

Karon Beach

Karon Beach is Phuket’s longest beach, which is located northwards next to Kata beach with a small hill in between. It is lined with ever-wavering casuarinas and sugar palm trees. Due to rough sea and strong wind usually during monsoons, it is a place to enjoy basking and strolling on the white sandy beach rather than for swimming. There are decent tourist amenities, including shopping, dining and nightlife districts at the roundabout towards the northernmost end.
